Our Asematunneli location has closed permanently.
You can still find us at Tintin The Bakery, Lönnrotinkatu 33–35, where we continue baking our sourdough bread, buns, pastries and everything else from our bakery every week.
If you knew us through Asematunneli, this isn’t goodbye.
We’ve simply brought Tintin back under one roof.

A little more about the closure
We opened Asematunneli with the hope of bringing Tintin and our sourdough closer to the thousands of people moving through Helsinki every day.
Sometimes, though, a business has to know when something isn’t working.
The location wasn’t sustainable for us, and keeping it open would have meant taking resources away from the bakery itself. So we made the decision to close Asematunneli permanently and put our energy back where Tintin began: our bakery on Lönnrotinkatu.
The bakery is still here.
The ovens are still on.
The sourdough is still alive.
And we’re still making the things you came to us for.
Actually, we have quite a lot planned.
Thank you to everyone who visited us underground, grabbed a coffee on the way to the train, bought a loaf, came back for another one, or simply discovered us there for the first time.
